Cookware - SKILLETS

Un-Marked 10½" Cast Iron Skillet (Wagner #8)
10" Cast Iron Skillet (Wagner #8)
We are not certain where this came from, but our best guess is my dear mother. She loved shopping thrift stores. They all knew her by name and she knew which day to check for the new arrivals. We aren't even certain WHEN it came into our possession, but a few years ago as we were preparing to go camping with the grandboys, it was re-discovered and re-uncovered in our basement. I cleaned it up and read up on seasoning and using cast iron and have been using it ever since!

8" Anodized Aluminum Skillet (Meyer?)

8" Anodized Aluminum Skillet
I found this a few years ago on clearance and bought the last 2. It is the perfect size for frying up eggs or small items. The anodized coating is naturally non-stick and the cushioned handle is heat resistant up to 350℉. The only drawback is no lid, but I have lids from other pans that work. I gave the second one I bought to my grandson who at the time was learning to cook.
